Establish the infrastructure for the successful delivery of high-quality Apprenticeship, ESF and Adult Education digital programmes. Responsible for the recruitment Skills Coaches, Tutors and IQA’s to deliver a range of organisational and individual key performance indicators linked to Cyber Security Technician, IT Solutions, Digital Marketer and Junior Content Producer Level 3 Standards as well as a range of Certificate and Diploma digital and cyber ESF / Adult Education programmes. Current success rates for Adult programmes are 89.6%. Mange effective client relationships with various Awarding Organisations (TQUK, NCFE and Highfield Qualifications) to successfully gain centre approval and Direct Claim Status (DCS) in addition to registration with End Point Assessment Organisations (BCS and 1st for EPA) whilst ensuring delivery standards meet with the regulatory and framework requirements for compliance and continuous improvement. Ensure the curriculum meets with customer expectations and provides sufficient stretch and challenge through sequenced learning and development whilst clearly demonstrating the intent, implementation and impact of the programmes. Production of a comprehensive suite of effective organisational policies and processes to enhance the learner journey and to fulfil the compliance requirements of the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) and Prime contractors. Lead on the observation of teaching, learning and assessment and the planning and preparation for the successful achievement of Matrix accreditation (November 2021). Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure and report on the safety and well-being of learners and staff.
