Manage all aspects of building maintenance; building security; audio/visual, desktop and handheld technologies and outside vendor coordination. Specific responsibilities include: managing the scheduling, maintenance and care of common areas used for board meetings and high end donor events. Develop and implement policies for building use by internal and external constituencies; and serves as the point person for all facility related issues during events. Coordinates moves, regular building maintenance, including carpet, glass and upholstery cleaning; serves as the primary liaison with housekeeping, college police department and bureau of conferences and the parking office for events. Act as Liaison to BC facilities department for all HVAC, plumbing and electrical /lighting issues that arise in the building. Supervise the TC and GTC and coordinates the planning and deployment for new technologies such as computer replacements. Show less
