  Peter is Chief Executive of igloo with overall responsibility for the company's direct property and development investments. This includes leading the team with responsible for delivery of igloo's £1Bn programme of sustainable urban development improving neighbourhoods throughout the UK. The projects include the asset management of mixed use properties at Bermondsey Square, London, Siglion investments in Sunderland and the Round Foundry complex in Holbeck, Leeds with a combined investment value in excess of £125M. Peter has overall responsibility for the implementation of the Fund’s Footprint Sustainable Investment Policy with all projects and investments independently rated against best market practice in sustainability, urban design, regeneration and Health and Wellbeing Peter is a chartered surveyor with over twenty years experience in the construction and commercial property development sectors. He has built up considerable experience of delivering regeneration projects through public:private partnerships, most recently at Sheffield One (Sheffield’s URC) where he was the Projects Director with overall responsibility for delivery of the City’s seven masterplan projects which will result in over £1Bn of public:private investment in the City centre. Many of these projects have now been completed including the Barkers Pool/City Hall developments, Sheffield Station and Digital Campus Projects. Peter also worked closely with the City Council leading on the establishment the new city wide regeneration company Creative Sheffield. Peter also spent three years with Amec Developments were he was responsible for projects in the North-East including Newcastle Quayside were he led the development of over 250,000 sq ft of commercial space.
