In this role I was required to perform a variety of tasks. These mostly fall into three areas: ushering, bartending and working on the confectionary kiosk. While ushering and bartending I could have fire evacuation responsibilities. During my time in the post, I was able to organise the glasses in the bar area and create an organisation chart for the reserve kiosk stock. These changes significantly improved the workflow of everyone I have spoken to about the changes. In this role I was required to perform a variety of tasks. My primary role was to sort incoming parcels by postcode prefix. However, I was also assigned varying tasks when required. This could change from one minute to the next. There was one time where in the space of 20 minutes I was put on to three different tasks, two of which I was completely unfamiliar with. This role required me to be highly adaptable and have the ability to work in a timely manner. My primary role was to sort incoming parcels by postcode prefix. From the morning to the late afternoon I am responsible for ensuring that the bottomless brunch events on my floor run smoothly. i.e. The food must arrive promptly, and the guests must not be left wanting for alcohol. In the evening I help ensure that the event spaces are set up correctly and then during the events I offer my assistance wherever it is needed the most.
