  Charterbuild is a Chartered Building Company and a specialist in the field of structural repair, strengthening and remediation, as well as expertise in the repair and restoration of listed and historic properties and façade cleaning to Heritage standards. We design and install remedial systems to address building and other structural failures, and our long experience, broad expertise and professional approach ensure that our remedial proposals are specifically tailored to the problem, and not vice-versa! We believe that we are unique in offering such a broad range of skills and techniques. In many instances, this enables Charterbuild to undertake multi-disciplinary projects as a Principal Contractor. Typical techniques include masonry reinforcement, underpinning, screwpiling, concrete repair and ground anchors. Charterbuild has approved installer status for Helifix masonry reinforcement systems, Cintec grouted sock anchors, Chance screwpiling systems and Duckbill ground anchors. In addition, our Heritage team are authorised operators of Stonehealth's 'Doff' and 'Torc' cleaning systems for historic fabric. Brick repair and repointing is also a specialism, and we have particular expertise in cleaning, strengthening and restoring the fabric of listed and historic structures
