      Initially on joining the company I was involved in assisting redundant workers to be retrained and move into employment. As Operations Manager I became responsible for all of the 14-19 youth training across Tyneside. I am working towards developing a training organization that can compete on a professional level and provide a service that staff can be proud of delivering.       Rathbone are a national not for profit organisation, offering a range of provision to the harder to help 16-19 year olds, such as Preparation for Progress, Entry to Employment, Modern Apprenticeships and Train to Gain programmes.
