  I was responsible for leading the Operations team within ADIL. This involved working with clients to solve their operations problems and providing manpower where necessary. I also took part in a number of due diligence reviews, working with clients on potential acquisitions. This involved assessing the operations status and plans of existing operators and advising clients on their strengths and weaknesses.

  The Clair Ridge Project is the largest offshore project in the UKCS for many years. It involves the construction of two new bridge-linked platforms in the Clair field with an overall topsides weight of 55,000t. In this post I managed the planning of the offshore Hook-up, the delivery of the brownfield work on Clair Phase 1 platform, the subsea pipeline work and modifications at Sullom Voe.

  I kicked off the concept selection phase of the Clair Ridge Project, pulled together the concept selection team and managed the concept selection and pre-FEED work. I also led the tendering of the topsides fabrication contract.

  I was responsible for coordinating the drilling programmes on both fields, planning modifications on the Magnus platform to extend field life by 20 years and managing the Clair Ridge Project.

• Deepwater Projects Mgr

  BP operates the only two deepwater FPSOs in the UKCS, Schiehallion & Foinaven. I was responsible for all the projects in the fields, including the infill drilling programmes, subsea projects and topsides projects.

• Farragon Project Manager

  The Farragon Project was a 2 well subsea tie-back to the Andrew platform. I was responsible for the project from the discovery of the field through to first oil, which was 30 months after discovery.

• Bruce Field Operations Mgr

  The Bruce platform was one of the largest gas producers in the UKCS, with a capacity of over 200 mboed and a POB of 160. I was responsible for all aspects of the operation, including management of the offshore and onshore operations teams and of the drilling team. During my time in the post I improved the safety performance and production efficiency of the field. I also managed a complete overhaul of the offshore and onshore management structures to reduce costs and increase accountability. Show less
