Jeremy Barber
Peter has been my trusted advisor for more than 15 years through the formative years of my career in leadership coaching, change management and leadership development. Throughout my career I have sought his advice and mentoring including when making significant choices about my career path and also for strategic input on aspects of project and team work. I have found Peter's mentoring and coaching methods second to none in terms of developing a clear and concise strategy and action plan for forward progress in whatever area we may be discussing and reviewing. Of particularly note is his ability to very quickly listen to, assimilate and process complex issues and scenarios. More often than not he is able to cut to the core of issue no sooner than we have finished summarising it. He has a remarkable resource bank of tools for developing strategies, managing change and complex decision making and developing personal leadership and management styles. Many of which he has personally developed integrating the best bits of the wealth of knowledge that exists in the world in this area. Many of these tools and techniques I have applied throughout my own career and personal development. With Peter's insights and mentoring, I have been able to make significant progress in my own career to date. I look forward to continuing to work with Peter long into the future.

Peter has been more than a Mentor and Coach to me over a long period of 9 years when I worked with him at Heidelberg. These were my professionally formative years when I needed mentoring the most. I am lucky to have had such a Mentor. In his own unique style and approach he has been both Functional Boss as well as Mentor/Coach, nudging, pushing, challenging and sometimes bowling me over - just to make the point of perfection. Today when I look back (and I have quoted this in several venues and client assignments), that unique combination of mentoring suited me just fine.
