Peter has an extraordinary work ethic and drive to get results. He consistently goes the extra mile where others wouldn't. Having amassed significant skills in bid management and relationship building, he is now a highly experienced manager who can oversee large and ambitious projects. His political background is quite evident in his ability to read markets and gives him a superior strategic overview. I would struggle to think of a better option than Peter for taking on a large, high pressure project and delivering above and beyond the results expected.

Pete and I were colleagues at Ingeus for several years. We worked closely together with the goal of growing the business. Pete’s role was to manage the overall bid process for specific regions being tendered. My role was to support bids with financial modelling. In working with Pete I found him to be very organised, personable and professional, I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. The quality of Pete’s work and his ability to produce results always impressed me. Pete was pivotal in managing the bidding process for DWP’s Work Programme contracts. Through Pete’s contribution Ingeus won the maximum possible number of contracts and grew to become the UK’s largest welfare-to-work provider. I highly rate Pete and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. I am happy to provide further information upon request.
