Attend briefing with the Project Manager and HSE Manager and receive instructions, feedback and discuss operational requirement, achievements and improvement.Conduct 'Start up talks' with section heads every morning to give those instructions and feedback and to discuss operational requirement, achievements and improvement. Assist the Project Manager /Operation Supervisor in updating client’s and company supplied equipment’s list through periodic inventory. Prepare maintenance request in writing repair or replacement of equipment and submit to client.Carry out daily and random inspections of the mess hall and report any non-compliance and deviations of the procedures to the Project Manager /Operation Supervisor. Receive customer complaints and react to resolve them promptly. Forward all complaints and suggestions to Project Manager /Operation Supervisor for record reference and action. Attend and conduct QHSE tool box meeting / workshops with staff to promote QHSE practices. Report all incidents/ accidents, fire, near miss, FAC, loss, theft and damage to the Project Manager / HSE advisor immediately.Ensure availability, correct usage and maintenance of PPE in the Service area. Assist the Project Manager to ensure that the services are carried out without interruption during shift change in the mess hall. Ensure to be courteous and react promptly to the phone calls r emails for customer requirements. standards of all staffs.Maintaining camp rules and regulations in the unit in accordance in the company policies and procedures. Conduct general hygiene inspection in the Camp and kitchen including FEFO report to ensure camp hygiene and Safety as well as Legal/Operational to be updated regularly.
