Other duties include: -Preparing reports for clientele (investigation, settlement, litigation, etc) depending on account needs -Auditing claim placements and recoveries with VP and reaching out to strategic clients based on findings -Submitting proofs of claim in bankruptcies and monitoring proceedings -Drafting affidavits for notarization and authentication -Reviewing contracts, reconciling invoices with SOAs, and interpreting credit reports -Crafting placement and settlement agreements -Assigning collection cases, investigation claims, and skip tracing work as appropriate -Handling specific HR duties for direct reports (annual reviews, raises, verifying time cards, and approving PTO requests)

West Chicago, IL This was a very physically demanding job. We set up tents ranging in size from 15'x15', all the way up to 40'x140', plus chairs, tables, and other accessories. With set up came tear down, as well as keeping stock of the warehouse and keeping things clean. Working long hours and working on a timetable were essential parts of this job.
