Peter is a passionate teacher that achieves results! His enthusiasm is contagious among his students and colleagues! In the 3 years that I worked together with Peter, I always looked forward to seeing him and brainstorming ideas of how to improve his lessons and to further reach his students. I have no hesitation to recommend Peter for any role involving enthusiastic teaching!

I am currently working in a school in Milan as part of an intercultural program. Every class in the primary school has an Italian teacher and an English mother-tongue teacher who work together in a co-teaching relationship. I work with a variety of teachers on a daily basis to teach a variety of subjects and projects in the English language. In this role I undertook a newly constructed specialist role where I was asked to redevelop the Religious Education curriculum and create a chaplaincy program in the primary school. As well as my regular teaching duties, I coordinated events on school site, ran assemblies/chapels, worked with parents, was part of the school’s ICT committee, led on school camps/excursions each year and coordinated the charity/outreach program. This position gave me the opportunity to coordinate a team of over 100 volunteers, develop curriculum and regularly speak to large groups of young people during services held over the weekend. I was also able to work in a variety of teams, coordinate holiday events for children and work closely with parents. For over 4 years I was involved in privately tutoring drums/percussion. In the middle of the business growth, I expanded the tutoring business and began contracting in a number of music tutors. Due to this, I was able to broaden the music tuition to other instruments and saw the business grow. This journey helped me learn the skills associated with running a small business, in developing musical content, and working with other tutors, parents and children.
