  Responsibilities included assisting the housing management team in organisation and application of all property related tasks. Primarily involved with helping the housing team ensure properties were ready and available during the changeover from old tenants to new tenants. Secondarily worked in the Unipol hub where i liaised with landlords and renting agencies and ensured their online ads met our criteria - improving them where necessary to give them the maximum chance of being rented.
