I have a lifetime goal of running a triathlon, but I was really nervous about the swim. I'm comfortable in the water but I hated swimming with my face in the water. Pete worked with me for awhile until I was very comfortable swimming freestyle. Then we worked on speed. Now I love swimming for exercise!! He's got a great personality, very motivating and yet, kind.
