  I’ve built Pay’n Time as a small but nimble payroll and HR services agency, where we can customize for unique needs of our customers. We handle with speed, quality AND personalized attention for each client what the larger payroll companies, such as ADP, would not and cannot handle. We are smaller and can adapt better to specific customers’ needs, rather than using a cookie cutter approach. Our system’s capabilities allow us to customize while most large payroll companies’ systems are not designed to be flexible. We are also a networking hub for businesses. We are often able to recommend and connect our clients to each other when the need arises. We facilitate our clients to access benefits, compliance-side of HR specialists and other service professionals. We can improve your cash flow by integrating with The Hartford and many other Workers’ Comp insurers with our “pay-as-you-go” program. This program allows us to send actual payroll data to the insurer so that they can debit bank accounts for actual premium payments, rather than doing an annual estimate. Additionally, there is no deposit required with this service. We use technologies to streamline timekeeping for companies. By using a mobile app with geofencing, or a virtual web clock with an url for punching on a browser, or an actual electronic time clock hardware connecting to the internet, we help track hours efficiently, and automatically calculate pay at the end of each pay period by downloading time transactions directly into our payroll system. As an authorized UKG Ready Partner, our Human Capital Management System offers a state-of-the-art single login, single database, single employee record for payroll, timekeeping and HR.
