      Durham-Orange Light Rail Transit Project (DOLRT) – Durham, Orange Counties, North Carolina (January 2018-March 2019) Assisted project design engineers in the design of storm systems for the DOLRT project. • Used GeoPak software for performing storm drain design and computations. • Working with other designers and technicians, assisted with preparing 90% roadway/light rail plans, using Microstation, for portions of the project that addressed the needs and concerns of the client. • Addressed final comments from multiple engineers and disciplines with the Bluebeam ReVu. • Using Microstation, assisted with the preparation of stream impact studies communicating vital buffer/flood zone information to the clients. Dixie Highway Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) – Louisville, Kentucky (January 2017-November 2017) Assisted the project manager and design engineers in developing improvements for the BRT project. • Using Microstation, updated design mapping files (.dgn files), specifically, topographic features near road crossings to enhance worker and traffic safety. • Assisted with the production of final plans and cross sections, using Microstation, for 3.8 miles of the Dixie Highway corridor. • Working with the design engineers assisted with the site plan design, primarily landscaping, of 37 individual BRT stations spaced throughout the project. I-95 Express Lanes Project (HOT Lanes) – Prince William, Stafford Counties, Virginia (May 2012-July 2012) Assisted in the design of a nine mile portion of two lane reversible HOT lanes from Garrisonville Road to just north of Quantico Creek using Microstation. In particular, responsible for the storm drainage design of a three mile segment. • Designed a I-95 Express Lanes (XPL) Segment 1 66” system spanning 2850’ with 42 sub-systems connecting residential and commercial properties for a total length of 4400’. PipeSoft and CulvertSoft were used to complete the task. Show less
