  Responsible for all the various business operations on site at LinkedIn EMEA HQ Dublin which involve overseeing duties related to snacking program, staff management in restaurant, micro kitchens, events, coffee bars. Also taking part in recruiting new staff, staff training, development, payrolls. Important part of my work is attending to customer complaints and resolving them in the most balanced way. Other major responsibility of my work is to make sure that the entire staff is following their roles and responsibilities.I am responsible for stock management and analysing financial information to ensure all snacking program operations are within budget. My work also includes creating, developing and implementing site specific SOP’s across our micro kitchen snacks and drinks operations, preparing monthly product rotations for drinks and snacks, service audits, staff induction, training & development, HACCP, retail and food counter merchandising, liaising with suppliers over any quality or delivery issues and also equipment maintenance through service calls. By using on site ticket system and working closely with building facilities team I am making sure all repairs and maintenance issues are resolved as quickly as possible. One more important part of my work is assisting in the effective organisation and delivery of various functions and events taking place at LinkedIn HQ Dublin. I have active role in planning, coordinating, organizing and delivering functions and events with agreed booking conditions, where I am taking responsibility for the set up as per the event specification, supervision, staffing and engaging casual staff.As a supervisor, I am responsible for the facility working in compliance with all the safety regulations and codes, for maintaining employee records, important documents, ordering inventory, managing assets etc.My work also involves assisting in overseeing and completing of all daily operations of two onsite coffee bars.
