      In my role as a Practice Support Office I worked in a team that provided support and a high level of customer service to a network of Financial Advisers, Accountants and Office Assistants. I worked with practices to help grow and develop their businesses and staff, provided administration support, event co-ordination and financial reporting. I also supported senior team members by arranging their daily appointments, organising travel, business administration, taking client file notes and collating various documents for client meetings. In this role I also co-ordinated and organised several successful Professional Development Days and Education Workshops for over 100 people and the more fun stuff included Race Days, Golf Days, Movie Nights and end of year Christmas Bashes. Working with a select group of clients I was able to build business relationships and understand the individual business needs and requirements. In August 2012, I accepted a similar role in our state office in Melbourne, where I worked closely with the Regional Manager looking after New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmanian network of advisers and accountants. I continued to co-ordinate and organise Professional Development Days and Education Workshops, along with all the fun stuff too. This role also involved recording office expenditure, reconciliation and managing small budgets.

      As an Advice Revenue Office I learnt to process large bank statements efficiently with 100% accuracy. In the department I managed my own workload, however worked in a team environment to ensure the workload was completed by the weekly deadline to pay clients on time every week. I assisted with weekly and monthly management reporting to monitor inflows and projections. I gained experience communicating with all levels of the business from training new team members right through to the CEO, using various communication means to also stay in touch with clients and stakeholders. I gained exceptional computer skills especially in Microsoft excel completing an advance course while working in the Advice Revenue Department. I took ownership of any issues or problems to ensure they were resolved in a satisfactory way for the client and/or business. I started a new role in April 2011 within Professional Investment Services.
