Per is one of the best creative director I've ever worked with. Not only does he have great insights, ideas and offers constructive feedback, he actually listens to and considers what others have to say. Oh and he can spot a great idea from about 1000 yards! Although we only worked together briefly, I cannot wait till the day comes when we can work together again.
