      I am a process operator on the Delayed Coking Unit. My responsibility was to ensure a safe, reliable, and timely work environment. Due to the nature of this unit, timing and scheduling was paramount. This unit ran on a batch process. I operated pumps, heaters, exchangers, cooling towers, heavy equipment, steam driven turbines and compressors. My responsibilities include daily rounds, weekend fire inspection checklists, taking samples, small bore piping projects, and lock out tag out.
