It is my job to sit in on classes with high drop/fail rates and schedule study sessions outside of the classroom for students. My responsibilities include, but not limited to, making study plans and leading sessions in order to ensure that the students utilize their resources and meet their full potential for success. Customer service is my number one priority. Maximizing sales, while still providing the customer with the best value and integrity is what we do at TCC. We also do a lot of community service as well. Riley's hospital donations, backpack giveaways for kids, school supplies for teachers, and donating/ serving in food drives are just a few examples. Our virtuous circle of success stems from Customers Matter, Employees Matter, and Community Matters. Customer service is my number one priority.
