Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams with internal departments and external service providers. Originating sites: identification, assessment, initiation discussions with landowners and negotiation of land lease/purchase agreements. Managing the permitting process and coordinating the team of involved internal and external providers and interact with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., permitting authorities, municipalities, politicians, landowners and local representatives ). Managing and optimize project budgets, objectives, schedules and deliverables for assigned development projects. Managing existing Partnerships with external Developers (Joint Development Agreements). Conducting risk analysis/assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
