  Lake Harvest Aquaculture is the largest fish farming business in Africa, currently invested in three freshwater fish farms: on Lake Kariba in Zimbabwe and Zambia, and Lake Victoria in Uganda. These farms breed, grow, harvest, process and distribute Tilapia, a white freshwater fish. In this role, I manage Kariba Harvest, the Zambian subsidiary of the Lake Harvest Group, where I am responsible for the production and financial performance of the farm. Located in Zambia, near Siavonga on Lake Kariba, this fish farm was established in 2012 and has grown to 2,000 tons harvest per annum, focused on fresh whole round for the Zambian market.
