  Creating branded templates for online application forms to be utilised by in-house development tool using HTML, CSS, XSL and design skills.- Studied and applied advanced CSS techniques for the formatting of online forms, separating presentation from code and enabling many benefits (DDA compliance, simplified HTML and easier re-branding).- Worked within branding constraints and limitations of in-house development Tool and designed online form templates for MINT, Lombard Direct, Direct Line and Tesco brands. - Tailored XSLT used by the in-house Tool. The added functionality enabled the Tool to generate branded forms and enabled developers to build online forms for these brands.- Improved screen flow, field layout, wording and validation wherever possible

  Web designer working on key sections of natwest.com and other high profile RBS websites producing professional quality design, creating graphics, developing page templates and building prototypes, all within branding guidelines.Key achievements:- Design and development of 3 NatWest Offshore sites - producing a new look for NatWest Expatriate Service and developing a new online presence for the Isle of Man Bank and NatWest Island Banking. - Achieved Expat Investor magazine’s “website of the month” for NatWest Offshore homepage (April 2003 edition) - Internal award for designing and creating a ‘landing page’ for Loans on natwest.com. This effective design was then used for Mortgages and Savings product pages.- DDA audit for BMW Insurance analysing the site’s pages for W3C Web Accessibility guidelines compliance. Used ‘JAWS’ screen reader software and other accessibility testing techniques. Site was updated as a result of my report and recommendations.
