Managing customer demonstrations and industrial trials in the Technological Center at Comexi Group:- Managing the team of the Demo Center in the company headquarters in Girona (15 people).- Managing and monitoring KPI’s- Implementing the layout and the configuration of each machine in the demo centre. - Managing 15 machines and their accessories: flexographic, offset and gravure presses in the printing area and laminating and slitting machines in the converting area. - Organizing the investment plan and the annual expenses budget. - Developing and starting up the new Demo Center of the Comexi group in Miami (USA).- Managing the full machine range in the facilities, as well as the availability and the suitability of the Demo Center. - Leading and giving technical and logistic support in the demos and pre-sales tests for the clients. - Monitoring and administering the life cycle of the machines through a maintenance plan.- Working with the marketing team to implement the new market needs.- Cooperating with the after-sales service and the R+D+I department to guarantee the technical solutions needed on the market. - Managing requests for our industrial laboratory, performing tests with our associates and customers. - Leading the tests to develop new solutions for our partners. - Coordinating the practical training of the technical staff and the students on the training course.
