  2002-2011 Project Development Manager - Developed different waste-to-energy projects in Norway, Germany, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria base on a unique gasification and plasma process. The work included engineering, cost, risk, profitability, cash flow, financing and application for concession.2007-2009 .Project Manager - Developed and promoted a fully automated dosing system for coke and pitch for the green field aluminum smelters in Taishet and Boguchany, Russia. Both projects were stopped due to the financial crisis. Client: Rusal1999-2001 Project Manager - Designed, installed and commissioned a turnkey waste-to-energy plant. Client: Borge Garveri.1999 Co-founded EnviroArc together with 4 colleges from Kværner (Aker Solution). The foundation was based on: an agreement with Kværner to acquire all knowhow and proprietary rights, 3 investors investing € 2,5 million, a contract with the first customer and a license agreement with ScanArc AB, the owner of the technology.

  1997-1999 Project Manager - Developed the Thyssen and Borge waste-to-energy projects in Düsseldorf and Osterøy (near Bergen) respectively. 1992-1997 Project Manager - Designed and developed the Kværner Hydrogen and Carbon Black process. The process produced carbon black and hydrogen from oil or natural gas by a plasma operating system.
