  Business Controller; Latest active project was the implementation of Lawson M3 business system for Europe, my role was responsibilty for Sweden and partly Nordic countries purchase-, repair & maintenance-, order-, invoicing-, fixed assets-. I was the keyperson putting together data in the yearly budgetprocess. Also the keyperson building reports to analyze the outcome of sales data, to break down figures for follow up per customer and article. KeyPerformance indicators as cash flow, stock turnover, cash liquidity, average creditdays to customer were included in the follow ups. Financial Controller; Experienced in a wide range of accounting, accounting rules, IFRS, supporting the organisation with financial reports such as; financial presentation of both makro and local company business data. Very experienced with the hard closing process, to prepare the annual closing, and of course the sharp monthly closing process and the knowledge of group reporting such as elimination procedures.   My employment was rather short, my role as consultant both included visits at customers where i was responsible for implementation of the business system Pyramid. My days at Unikum Väst, also included support errends. And of course, which i really enjoyed, education meetings where i teached the workflow within all modules of the system. Unikum Väst AB represented the westcoast mothercompany, which also supported the retailer consultant companies. During the IT recession which occurred 2002, i choosed to move futher on.   Really a nice challenge, to be a part of this business focused on electronic applications for heat pumps. The business was a classic entrepreneur career by my father, at the best years we had 15 employees and a satisfying result. My role was at start as a rookie, to be a part of both production/purchase. Then my interest for financial reporting/calculations of product costs became more clear. But i also enjoyed to be a part of business controlling, developing charts of market segments for expansion, such as new areas in ventilation and cooling applications. I experianced the project responsibilty to be the keycustomer towards some of our customers. Later on to build up my academic knowledge i moved on to educate at IHM Business School, to become a DIHM Business controller. Show less
