Per started as manager for our team during a reorganisation, and despite what was going on in the company at the time he immediately made everyone feel welcome, and that things were going to be fine. During the years that I have worked with Per he has always been true to his word, and has always been there to listen. He is very good at taking care of his team and helping us perform also through tough times, and we have been very successful with Per as our manager through many projects, at a level that I don't think we would have been without him.

Per has demonstrated great people management qualities during his years at CEVT with clear communication both within the team and towards company directives. He has continously worked tiredlessly to create a great team where each individual thrives as well as the group. A highly recommended management figure to have in any team!
