This was linked to my role as DPA (Designated Person Ashore) as well as CSO (Company Security Officer) where I had close contact with ship, class, flag administration and shore facilities. I conduced internal safety and security audits of the ships and was a link between ship and shore management. In Marine HR I was responsible for the crewing onboard, to employ compliant and experienced personnel and ensure the ships were manned according to regulations as well as plan their contracted time onboard.
