Per and I had the wonderful pleasure planning education events to help cultivate artistic and sustainable living practices in the world. I have to say Per was a transformational thinker, always pushing the envelop with new fund raising ideas, and new artistic and educational experiences. Much of how I work in teams now was shaped by how we approached our events. We held an open and collaborative space that brought innovative ideas into grounded action, and Per was pivotal in facilitating this process. If ever I needed help identifying ways to cultivate the potential in others, I would work with Per. He understands people, and has the tools to help show them how to be their very best.

Per is an energetic, engaging and talented individual who brings not only an incredible array of skills to the table (facilitation, instructional, group/team work), but also the ability to critically think through, assess and manage the practical and the complex appropriately. He is attentive to the details, and is also able to see the whole picture, connecting the dots in a way that improves the efficiency of a particular situation. He has an incredible amount of integrity and I would, without a doubt, ask him to work alongside me on a project or in an organization, should the opportunity arise. In fact, it would be an honor.
