  I started here in october 2018 as a dishwashing-emplyee: 2018 – October 2019 As dishwashing employee, I’m taking care of making sure everything is clean. Making sure that the people in the restaurant can eat and drink with clean cutlery and tableware. And that the kitchen and the restaurant staff have all their things clean and on time. So, the restaurant can keep working like an oiled machine. November 2019 – current After a year the restaurant offered me to become either a waiter or a cook. I chose to start working in the kitchen as a cook. As I already have the experience with serving and interacting with guests as beachboy I wanted to get trained in another part of the restaurant.   As Beach boy I’m responsible for the beach beds rental from The Branding Beach Club. I have to take care that each morning the beach beds, umbrella’s and windshields are set according guidelines and that they are all re-organised in the evening. I’m taking care of the rental payments. Since the summer of 2019 I’m also responsible for guiding the younger Beach Boys and instruct them on the work to be performed. Being a host on the beach and welcoming the guests energetically and with a smile, responding friendly and correctly to questions and complaints from the guests gives me energy.
