The hotel has been brought back to it's former glory, as a popular and positive part of the rejuvenation of the West End.   2014 was the first year of RCC activating the river bank for the Ashes cricket tour. I worked across all elements of the site. RCC had a rapid growth from the river bank to become a major part of the Adelaide Fringe Festival, attracting upwards of 250,000 people each year. I became the General Manager in 2016 moving to the Operations Manager role in 2018. 2014 was the first year of RCC activating the river bank for the Ashes cricket tour.   Little Miss Mexico began it's life as a fringe activation in 2013 and grew to become a long term bricks and mortar venue in the East End of the Adelaide CBD. I started my hospitality career here as a dish boy and worked my way up to bartender and then venue manager over a two year period.
