  I have worked for the The Property Franchise Group for over 15 years and have seen extraordinary growth and evolution of the business in this time. When I started with Martin & Co (UK) Ltd, we operated nearly 80 offices on the high street, specialising in Lettings and Property Management. I have launched in excess of 150 new and existing offices since commencing and have seen Martin & Co grow to nearly 200 offices. In July 2012 we launched a comprehensive property sales service and all offices in the Group now offer property sales and lettings.In October 2014, Martin & Co (UK) Ltd successfully completed on the acquisition of the estate agency franchise business from Legal & General (CJ Hole, Ellis and Co, Parkers and Whitegates). We subsequently launched the MartinCo Property Franchise Group, which encompasses all 5 franchise brands. The business has subsequently been rebranded to The Property Franchise Group and now encompasses the 'hybrid' model Ewemove and more recently Hunters.We are just as ambitious today as when I started in 2005!
