Penny worked for me for two years as a Recruitment Business Partner on site at one of our clients in an RPO environment. Her passion for people and building strong working relationships with colleagues and client stakeholders was infectious. Coming into what was a new industry sector for her, she adapted quickly and brought energy and enthusiasm to support the organisation. Offering a high touch first class service to the mangers that she supported, Penny often acted as a coach, hand holding both the client and candidate throughout the entire recruitment process and beyond.
