  Penny is the General Manager and one of the two original founders of Total Earth Care.Since its establishment in 1991, Penny has been a significant contributor to the growth and success to date of Total Earth CareAs General Manager of the business, Penny Is responsible for Total Earth Care’s business development and strategy, marketing, Quality Management, Work Health and Safety, Environmental Management System, and staff care and culture.Originally trained in Horticulture and Bush Regeneration, Penny has 30 years’ experience in the environmental industry, including extensive experience in managing staff, education, and environmental advocacy. In addition to working for Total Earth Care, Penny has had diverse business start-up experience having established and operated the Northern Beaches Meditation Centre for 10 years.Penny is a driving force behind the idea that we can do good business without compromising the environment. Embedded in the culture of TEC has always been caring for the earth and our staff. Penny is passionate about making sure Total Earth Care maintains and builds upon its reputation as a leader in the environmental industry, as well as being a great place to work.
