I worked with Penny as her GHRBP in her role as Head of Enabling Services through a period of significant business change: organisation redesign; major outsourcing; down-sizing etc. In addition to her not inconsiderable skills as a leader and manager, Penny is an outstanding colleague: supportive, challenging, when necessary, and never lacking in imagination or humour. During the time I have worked with Penny, she has built a team of Green Belt and Black Belt to support one crucial part of the organisation, which at the time I left the company, had delivered multiple projects from operational to strategic level.
