As Marketing and Communications Manager I enjoyed a varied role covering all areas of marketing and PR with the aim of raising the profile of the Practice internally and in the market place through events, media, the brand and new business. Responsibilities included: · Reporting into the Management Board on a monthly basis for their management meetings · Drafting and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy and budget plus ROI analysis · Oversaw the redesign and launch of the new company website working closely with a design agency · Oversaw the design and launch of the first Scott Brownrigg ‘yearbook’ working closely with the design agency · Responsibility for the brand image including all marketing materials, corporate literature and the website · Building relations with the press and generating press coverage · Compilation of award submissions · Organisation of internal and external events, seminars, exhibitions and conferences including staff ‘away days’ · Internal communications to increase transparency and staff morale across offices · Overseeing all new business submissions · Implementation and management of databases · Management of a Marketing Assistant based in the Guildford office.
