Lee Ashton To Whom It May Concern: This letter of reference is written in support of Mr. Peng Ang, formerly of the Brown Forman Corporation. During my career at Brown Forman, I served for a number of years as the VP and Director of International Human Resources and Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, I was responsible for the identification and deployment of key talent to support the rapid growth of Brown Forman brands in over 130 Countries. During this assignment, I had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Peng Ang and his various assignments in Brown-Forman and as part of our talent review process, have become familiar with his talents and capabilities. Peng held a variety of assignments during my tenure at Brown-Forman and I was in a position to observe his growth and development and multicultural and multidisciplinary setting and was also in a position to observe his team development and leadership abilities. Peng served in senior roles in Marketing positions in the US and Europe and also served in a role where he gained experience in the financial operations of our businesses in Europe and Africa. Peng and his family and lived and worked in the US and Europe and his ability to be successful in many cultures typifies the type of cultural adaptability that is needed to grow businesses globally.
