  I am an innovative problem solver and consensus builder with strong analytical, written and oral communication skills critical for navigating conflicts and civil discourse in civil rights law enforcement (race and gender discrimination, sexual harassment/sexual assault, disability and need for accommodation, racial profiling, LGBTQ, diversity, social justice, inclusion, and affirmative action). My work in Civil Rights law enforcement has been widely recognized by the private and public organizations, prominent businesses, Respondent and Complainant attorneys, State Legislature, local governments as well as the international section of the American Bar Assoc. I am the recipient of both the Humanitarian of the Year Award as well as The One Hundred Most Distinguished Blacks Award by the country's oldest, most distinguished civil rights organization, The National association for the Advancement of Colored People. My deep sense of responsibility to citizenship is evidenced in my commitment to mentoring young adults in their pursuit of a career and or higher education. Show less
