With the high volume of complaints received daily, it is hard for business stakeholders to identify key areas of gaps. My project combined the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) to identify key complaint topics by analysing text. By identifying key topics, I am able to cluster the complaints into key areas of gaps which allows different stakeholders to tackle the problems efficiently. Show less
