I worked with Peggy Bauer for about 17 years, including many years at PDI Global and, most recently, at Thomson Reuters after PDI Global was acquired. For most of that time we worked together closely as members of the management team overseeing the production of newsletters and planning guides (Peggy on the customer service and production side, myself on the editorial side). Beginning in 2015, Peggy’s team was integrated into the Product Operations team I currently oversee, and I became Peggy’s direct manager. Peggy is a very hard worker with excellent customer service and production management skills. Over the years I’ve seen her competently handle complex client service issues, be the gatekeeper for accuracy of client orders as well as successfully manage the print production and inventory tracking of guides. Additionally, she effectively managed the customer service team that reported to her. During our time working together, Peggy’s performance consistently demonstrated that she truly cares about providing the highest quality service to both internal and external customers. She was a pleasure to work with and would be an asset to any customer service or production team.
