The roll is similar to "traditional" Key Account Managers work though with increased service delivery responsibility. My customers are small and medium-sized enterprises with larger accounts. This position has given me the experience of conducting business dialogues at the most higher levels (CXO-level). Starting from England, the ship sailed all over the world. After starting as an "assistant waiter", I was promoted on four occasions until I finally became Bar Manager. I also received the "Employee of the Month" award three times in a crew of 1200 people.
