What makes Pedro such a great leader is that he is, first and foremost, a person who cares for people. He truly listens and he will stand up for his team. Pedro has been the best design director I have had the pleasure to have in my career. He fosters great relationships and creates a safe space for his team to speak up and be themselves. I couldn’t pin point exactly what it is that Pedro does but he just has a way of keeping his team engaged and ever-evolving. He also has a special talent for hiring and is just a really cool guy in general, with a specific type of humor (meant as a compliment). I will always recommend Pedro. I miss having him around in my team but I am 100% sure he is doing a great job creating the best environment for other creatives out there :)

Pedro is a great Leader. He is very aware and makes everything so easy on the teams that they just need to focus on the work. He has a particular way of making things happen, motivating growth, confidence, and commitment, without nobody even noticing it, and for that, I feel he should be recognized way more often.
