As a Project Analyst at the Financial Market League, I am responsible for prospecting, negotiating and implementing partnerships between the League and institutions related to the financial market, in order to obtain a reciprocal relationship of benefits between the parties involved. It is worth noting that I am responsible for looking for opportunities, organizing the entire process, and carrying out technical visits to entities in the financial market. Also, I am responsible for organizing and mediating events held by the group, with emphasis on Financial Market Day, the main event held by the group.In the 3rd edition of Financial Market Day, which took place in November 2022, I was able to contribute as the person responsible for organizing the event, together with members of the project board. Initially, I searched, mapped and listed companies that would possibly be willing to sponsor the event, made the contact, presented the project and the silver, gold and diamond sponsorship quotas, and finally, I implemented the partnerships, filling all the sponsorship quotas. In addition, I presented a proposal with possible speakers and themes for the lectures, which were selected and defined together with the other members of the board, and later, I contacted the possible guests, confirming the presence of four speakers. In addition, I was able to contribute to the event taking place, resolving other issues, from the location and organization of the space to the delivery of documents to the secretary of culture and university extension, the head of the department where the event took place, and the campus city hall. As a Trainee at Financial Markets League, I was able to contribute to project, research, marketing and people management departments. During my time at the project board, which I was later hired, I mapped possible partners for the League, actively prospected and scheduled an initial conversation to discuss projects that could be carried out in conjunction with an investment office in the city. Then, by the research department, it developed a report on the country's political and economic situation, in addition to seeking and presenting challenges in the financial market that were open for registration at the time. During the period in which I remained in the marketing department, I was able to actively participate in the creative process of content to be published on social networks, which aims to inform and present the financial market to the general public. And finally, in the people management department, it developed a strategy, identifying the soft skills that League members could better develop through testing, and in view of that, the recommendation of courses according to the test result of each member. As a scholarship holder of the Unified Scholarship Program (PUB) at the University of São Paulo (USP), the extension project consists of working on the incubator's innovation management team, being responsible for prospecting partnerships, mentoring and connections for the development of companies incubated companies, as well as establishing contact and monitoring visits by investors to the incubated companies. In addition, I also have the attribution of carrying out the pre-incubation process, supporting the formation and consolidation of the incubated companies, and carrying out the matchmaking involving the incubated companies associated with ESALQTec, and finally, contributing to the development of the innovation ecosystem , which has its focal point in the Agtech Day event.In the 9th edition of Agtech Day, which took place in November 2022, I was able to contribute to the realization of the event, as part of the ESALQTec team, which in partnership with Avance hub, Coplacana's innovation hub, held the event, which impacted around 400 people, with panels that addressed topics of extreme relevance for the future of agribusiness. It was considered one of the 100 most innovative edtechs, educational sector startups in Latin America, according to HolonIQ and Forbes. The position of Tutor at TutorMundi allowed me to support, solve doubts and clarify the content in order to reduce the difficulties in the learning process of about 600 students from Elementary School, High School and Pre-College, through personalized and dynamic services, in the disciplines of the respective areas: Exact Sciences, Natural Sciences, Human Sciences and Languages, and according to the students' evaluation, I obtained 95% approval.
