      I led three Programmes in public management. The first focused on managing economic development projects in municipalities in Rio de Janeiro, sponsored by SEBRAE-RJ and Instituto República, to provide municipal public leaders with advanced training in project management and leadership for the execution of strategic actions, assisting them in the development of projects that will enhance transformative changes in their municipalities. I was responsible for guiding the servers in the construction of projects that could be implemented and then I monitored the projects in loco. The second project was for a joint initiative of GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) with the EIB (European Investment Bank) as an implementing partner, it was focused on measures that promote energy efficiency and integration of renewable energy sources in a) Porto Alegre, with a photovoltaic panel project and energy efficiency measures in municipal schools; b) Maringá, with the renovation of the city's public lighting with replacement of LED and implementation of Telemanagement and c) Santa Catarina, with support for the reorganization of bus lines and implementation of electric buses. In these projects, I was responsible for structuring the project governance model, management routines, and organizational development. The third Project for UN-Habitat and Niterói City Hall, was to promote initiatives that reinforce transparency, accountability, and citizen participation so that the public policies implemented are more effective and in line with the population's demand, creating a more favorable environment to achieve the SDGs.       AC Lobato was undergoing a restructuring process and had no interest in continuing to work on construction. The company was just interested in structuring new businesses and selling them or finding a partner to build. I was responsible to monetize the company assets acquired years before.
