I have known Pedro Rinaldi, 2 years ago when he interned at EMC. While at EMC, Pedro immediately gained the admiration and respect of others. He is always willing to volunteer, get involved and help out any time that is needed. Pedro was supposed to intern for just the summer but because he had such a great work ethic, he was asked to work from Puerto Rico for longer. Pedro started working with EMC and also joined our Latin diversity group in July of 2014. Pedro has been working as Marketing Director for EMC Latin Leadership Interest Team (ELLIT). He is outstanding at creating content, providing ideas and doing marketing campaigns. Pedro has done a remarkable job and we are very proud to have him part of the team.

I was not the hire manager for Mr. Rinaldi, but he worked in numerous occasions under my supervision, and I alwasy requested his presence whenever I needed help. Mr. Rinaldi was a real asset supporting my organization. I have known Mr. Rinaldi for almost 3 years while he has worked as the STAR Student Program for the DOD. I have been consistently impressed by both Mr. Rinaldi attitude towards his work and his performance on the job. His interpersonal and communication skills have allowed him to develop productive working relationships with both our customers and our staff.
