• Designed and developed automated scoresheets by doing some programming on Microsoft Excel in order to make the lab-tech’s job more efficient and less error prone. During the British Retail Consortium Audit, some of the scoresheets we used were the ones I designed.• Learned all the grading and techniques and helped out in the lab when my help was needed. Was never afraid to lend a helping hand, however always delegating to the best of my ability in order to prevent the crew from being overwhelmed. • Investigated rejected material in various manners and assisted in coming to a conclusion of what went wrong, if anything. If we found something wrong, I addressed the problem by working with our lab-tech’s and making sure they understood the whole process in order to assure the quality we promise to our customers such as Nestlé, Red Gold, Campbell’s, and many others.

Went out to migrant camps around Michigan and gave a presentation on drugs and STD's. The presentation was done in form of a theatre skit. We gave out surveys before and after the presentation in order to evaluate how effective our presentation was. The goal was to raise awareness about the seriousness of STD's and drugs and how they affect the community overall.
