  Was responsible for organization and processes subject matters in the context of the transformation program - BdP Move. Such scope was organization-wide processes enhancement, including core-process to be supported by new BPM and Document Management platforms. Performed projects inception and road maps definition. Engaged collaboratively business owners and stakeholders, helping them defining customer requirements, aiming the design of new business processes/solutions. Identified business changes needed to enhance, automate processes and provide data integrity, considering structural and tactical approaches.
