Was responsible for organization and processes subject matters in the context of the transformation program - BdP Move. Such scope was organization-wide processes enhancement, including core-process to be supported by new BPM and Document Management platforms. Performed projects inception and road maps definition. These were: - Coordination of the Legal Doctrine Knowledge Base WG - Participation in the Client Service Process WG - Participation in the Travel Process WG Also was in charge to: - Develop trust relations with client departments and stakeholders - Promote focus groups, use design thinking methodologies to creatively develop new ideas and gather knowledge to develop product - Perform project management, coordinate internal and external teams using agile methodologies
