  The management of hotel projects, starting with the first contact with the client, developping all budgets necessary for the project and sending the consequent proposals, are my main functions. Nevertheless, when the project is accepted, I continue to supervise every stage like: placing the items in production; choosing the most suitable suppliers to carry out each proposal for that purpose; supervising / controlling the project in production, while simultaneously having the responsibility of ensuring all the logistics inherent in the process.
