Zeus Agrotech is a Brazilian AgTech company aimed at bringing reliable and detailed knowledge and information regarding agrometeorology, weather and water-cycle for farmers. During my time at Zeus, I helped to lead upgrades and modifications (mechanical, electrical, embedded software) in our smart meteorological station, as well as aided in the development and improvement of company's supply chain, manufacturing processes and field services. Since 2020, we started the EOL of our station and began the development of a new smart station from scratch, focusing on bringing state-of-the-art IoT technology to the field. Within the Software/IT context, I was focused on leading the development team, aligning strategic vision with client demands, as well as the maintenance and improvement of our infrastructure and processes. In 2020, we started the EOL of our previous apps and began the development of a brand new web-application and IT infrastructure. Within agrometeorological context, I aided leading the development of new concepts, methodologies and features. Working directly with agile teams of engineers, developers and meteorologists, I was focused on understanding, flowing down and clarifying requirements and needs of our stakeholders, setting priorities and managing the products' backlogs, eliminating obstacles and supporting team members in human aspects (soft skills), promoting and encouraging continuous technical and human improvements and better processes. I also acted as the technical interface between R&D and final clients, as well as between R&D and internal clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, providing technical support for national and international supply chain, hardware manufacturing and testing, customer relationship and commercial departments and field services. As an interface with final clients, I had direct contact in order to presenting new features and receive feedbacks, clarifying technical issues and understanding needs of improvement. Show less
